Nestled just outside the Great Smoky Mountains, around 30 miles North of Knoxville, in a small, quaint, beautiful town, called Andersonville, sits Norris Academy, a residential treatment facility that offers comprehensive, holistic services to youth with autism spectrum disorders, and/or other neurodevelopmental diagnosis.
Compensation Range: Starting Salary - $54k

What you will do: In this role you will act as the lead maintenance supervisor, manage maintenance work, order tickets, and perform work orders including: HVAC maintenance and repairs, general building maintenance, changing light bulbs, electrical repairs, repairing drywall, painting, paneling, wallpapering, sheetrock work, adjusting locks and hardware, fixing or replacing broken windows and screens in addition to other general facility maintenance tasks. In addition you will have oversite of the janitorial department as well as the kitchen operations.
To be considered you should:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Have at least 1 year of prior supervisor experience
- Be able to pass a background screening, drug test, and physical
- Have previous HVAC experience
- Ability to use an electrical meter for testing, trouble shooting, and diagnostics
