Safe Passage is a diagnostic and evaluation facility that works with youth ages 10 to 18. A youth is referred to our program by a DCS case manager or a probation officer to seek a clinical assessment. The youth stay at our locked secure facility for 30 days while our psychologist completes a full diagnostic and assessment of the youth. Safe Passage's psychologist will update diagnosis, treatment plans, and future placement options. Youth will leave Safe Passage in the next 30 days after their assessment is completed going on to one of three places: back home with social services in place, to a foster care or group home, or to a residential facility to work on a youth's recommendations.
Pay: starting at $22.60 per hour

What you will do: As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for administrating, developing and facilitating the completion of case plans and treatment programs in accordance with the requests of the placing agency and the needs of each student on their case load. Depending on location, the Case Manager reports to the Director of Student Services, Case Management Coordinator, Unit Manager and/or Program Director.
To be considered you should: Possess a Bachelor degree in a social services related field ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen (we no longer test for THC for pre-employment), physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry. 1 to 2 years experience is preferred.
Schedule: 8am to 5pm with an hour break Monday through Friday.
