AJATC is a secure residential program for at-risk male and female youth, located on 110 acres just outside of Little Rock, AR. Through our trained programming for staff, AJATC promotes a normalized high school experience, offers a safe environment and provides opportunities for positive change, as well as providing the unlimited potential for achievement and growth for students and staff. Our campus features residential student dormitories, on-site school and library, vocational training program, chapel, gymnasium, medical and an outdoor recreation area. Pay: $19.00/hour

What you will do: Join our Education Department as a School Registrar, where you’ll play a vital role in managing student records, schedules, and academic documentation to keep school operations running smoothly. Working closely with the Principal and Education staff, you’ll coordinate enrollment, maintain accurate data, and ensure compliance with Rite of Passage policies. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, experience in office management or education administration, and a passion for supporting student success.
To be considered you should: Possess a minimum of two years of college education ~ At least three years of experience working in an office environment (school office preferred) ~ Knowledge of educational resource programs is preferred ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry ~ meet the requirements to be an eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
