Make Great Pay doing Passionate Work! Position pays up to $73,000.00 annually!
Tampa Bay Girls Academy -Multiple co-located secure residential commitment programs serving high-risk and maximum risk female youth aged 12-21. These programs use evidence-based practices to deliver comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling.

To be considered you should: Possess a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field ~Licensed in the state of Florida ~ Strong clinical and analytical skills in assessing and addressing challenging behaviors ~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members ~ Ability to adapt and customize behavior intervention programs to meet the unique needs of each individual ~ Must possess a current State Driver’s License and Insurance ~Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
