LGYS is a secure residential program for at-risk males, located on 1300 CROSSLAND RD GRANBURY,TX. Through our trained programming for staff, LGYS promotes a normalized high school experience, offers a safe environment and provides opportunities for positive change, as well as providing the unlimited potential for achievement and growth for students and staff. Our campus features residential student dormitories, on-site school and library, vocational training program, chapel, gymnasium, medical and an outdoor recreation area. Pay: $18.00 per hour

What you will do: The Paraprofessional works as an active team member of the Education Department, providing instructional services to students. This position takes direction from certified staff to deliver and assist in instruction of classes and implements effective classroom management strategies. The Paraprofessional will conduct small group instruction, as well as individual instruction to students, as necessary. You will be required to track attendance, maintain weekly grades, and ensure student grades are available and posted.
To be considered you should: Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry ~ Must be able to meet the requirements of an ROP-eligible driver, including having an valid Driver’s License
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
