Pearl Haven is a specialized facility on the north shore of Oahu that provides trauma informed therapeutic services for girls ages 11-17 who have experienced complex trauma or are diagnosed with serious emotional and behavioral disturbances to try and help them heal from their trauma.
Pay: starting at $100,000 depending on experience and education.

What you will do: The Facility Administrator will provide clinical leadership and oversight across multiple programs, ensuring consistent implementation of evidence-based and trauma-informed models of care while also delivering clinical supervision to licensed and unlicensed staff as applicable. The Facility Administrator will oversee treatment planning, documentation standards, and clinical quality assurance as well as reviewing critical incidents, safety plans, and risk assessments; guide staff through complex clinical decisions.
To be considered you should:
Have a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
Independent clinical licensure in the state (LCPC, LCSW, or equivalent).Minimum 5 years of senior-level clinical leadership, preferably in residential, inpatient, or intensive behavioral health settings.
Demonstrate experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and managing complex clinical/operational environments.
Posess strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, adolescent development, and behavioral health treatment models.
Proven ability to interpret and apply licensing standards, contract requirements, and regulatory expectations.
