South Florida Youth Academy is comprised of multiple co-located residential commitment programs serving high-risk male youth aged 14 to 18 who require behavioral/mental health, substance abuse, and major disorder services. The programs utilize evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling, while at the program.

What you will do: You will work as a staff member of the Student Services team. Primarily responsible for all of the functions of the Control Desk to ensure the safety and security of students, staff, and campus. The Control Desk Clerk reports to the designated supervisor. Depending on the site, this position is supervised by the Program Director, Shift Supervisor, Office Manager, Business Manager, or Site Trainer.
To be considered, you should:
High School diploma or equivalent. If required to operate a company vehicle during the course of employment, the employee must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver. Must possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years. Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical, and TB test. Ability to utilize resources available to complete assigned projects. Ability to prepare written reports and correspondence
