Spanish-speaking ability is required for this position.

What You'll Do
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed practices.
- Provide behavioral health services to English- and Spanish-speaking clients.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality client care.
- Manage your caseload while meeting agreed-upon productivity expectations.
What You'll Bring
- Spanish-speaking ability is required.
- Active, unrestricted Arizona license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, LMSW, or LAMFT, or be a Master's-level therapist eligible to provide services within the scope of the position.
- Strong clinical, documentation, and time-management skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, culturally responsive, client-centered care.
- Ability to provide services at our Queen Creek and/or Tempe locations.
