Rite-Hite Customer Service Representatives serve as the key conduit between our customers and our sales department. This position is responsible for coordinating order fulfillment in an assigned area. This includes:
- Working with the Sales department, customers, and vendors in submitting orders for equipment and parts
- Coordinating schedules and dispatching installers
- Assist customers and sales personnel who call in to request service
- Ensuring accurate invoicing
- Reviewing completed jobs to analyze profitability

- One year of related experience minimum. Prior experience in a field service operation helpful.
- A commitment to quality. Prior experience in an ISO-certified or similar quality program is a plus.
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
- Good communication and customer service skills are also essential
