Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.
Duties
- Provide home community care to individuals in need
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Work with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment
- Utilize social work skills to engage and support clients
- Provide home care services including dementia care
- Assist individuals with lifting and mobility
- Deliver home health services as needed
Requirements
- Experience in home care or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work with individuals with diverse needs and backgrounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and patience in caring for others
- Physical ability to assist with lifting and mobility tasks
- Certification in caregiving or willingness to undergo training
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $14.69 - $17.00 per hour
