We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Italian Ice Maker to join our team! This position is responsible for making our Italian Ice fresh in-store while maintaining Rita’s quality, cleanliness, and food-safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Make Italian Ice fresh according to Rita’s recipes and procedures
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately
- Maintain proper product quality and consistency
- Maintain the proper consistency of Italian Ice in the dip boxes throughout the shift
- Monitor inventory and daily production needs
- Properly label, store, and rotate products
- Clean and sanitize production equipment and work areas
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with other store duties as needed
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Evening and weekend availability is required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical/repetitive tasks
- Must maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.
