Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Conduct specialized floor care including carpet cleaning and floor polishing to ensure surfaces are well-maintained.
- Handle sanitation tasks such as disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to promote health and safety.
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring all tools are properly sanitized and stored after use.
- Follow established safety protocols and cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Assist with janitorial duties in various settings such as offices, hotels, or healthcare facilities as needed.
- Support housekeeping management by adhering to schedules and reporting any maintenance or supply issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles.
- Skills in floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation, and general janitorial tasks.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of laundry procedures and housekeeper management is preferred.
- Experience with hospitality or hotel environments is a plus.
