We are a family-owned business, and we are looking to grow our family with you.Known for scratch cooking, excellent presentation, and impeccable service, Rita's Catering is the premier choice in the Boston-Metro and surrounding area.Position Overview: The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for planning and selling day-to-day orders and events to exceed guest expectations, while providing the high level of customer service that Rita’s is known for.The ideal candidate will develop existing business and solicit new business through catering leads, marketing strategies, referrals, tastings, and face to face meetings, while maintaining overall company profits.Essential Job Functions:The Catering Sales Manager will act as a liaison between the client and the operations/culinary team to ensure a success.
