Essential Duties & Responsibilities Processes transactions quickly and accurately, following established cash handling procedures Provides excellent service in a friendly, sincere, and courteous manner Maintains cleanliness and organization of the checkout areas Ensures compliance with all sanitation and health safety standards at the point of sale Supports other dining service operations as needed to ensure an efficient workflow Assists in monitoring inventory levels and reporting discrepancies or needs to management to ensure all necessary supplies are available for operations Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Knowledge of cash handling procedures and point of sale systems Skill in delivering exceptional customer service Skill in time management, organization, and multi-tasking in high volume environments Skill in verbal, written, and interpersonal communication Minimum Education & Experience High School diploma or GED No experience required Job Level Overview Operations, Administrative, Service, or Technical Support Level 1 - An entry-level role building knowledge and skills. Current Anticipated Hours/Work Location: Location: Crossroads Work Schedule: Mon-Thurs 11:30am-8pm, Fri 10:30am-7pm, Sat/Sun OFF Work schedule may need to fluctuate based on University-wide events, and academic breaks.
