What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager, Business Analytics & Channel Operations position at Rit Dye?
Rit Dye has been made in America for over 100 years and remains the undisputed leader in the color dye category. Distributed through major retail, ecommerce, and international channels — and expanding into professional and industrial markets — the brand operates with the energy of a startup and the equity of an icon.
This role sits at the center of Rit Dye's retail engine. You'll own the analytics, ecommerce, sales support, and ProLine business development functions — four interconnected areas that together drive how the brand performs at retail, online, and in emerging markets. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you'll be a key strategic voice in how the business grows.
This is the right opportunity if you're a CPG analytics professional who's built the reporting, worked the retailer portals, and optimized the listings, and you're ready to own all of it in an entrepreneurial environment where your work is visible and your impact is real.
