Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
- Assist servers by bussing tables and ensuring that all dining areas are clean and organized.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery.
- Help maintain the flow of service by coordinating with waitstaff and kitchen personnel.
- Handle food items with care, adhering to food handling and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and inquiries promptly.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or busy service periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
