- Must have knowledge & experience serving Classic & Regional Italian Cuisine
- Must have 5 years Fine dining experience with knowledge of Fine Wines
- Must be organized with neat legible writing
- Strong Customer Service Skills !
- Memorize details of daily specials to customers
- Up-selling of Menu items and Fine Wines
- Ability: Sharp memory, attentiveness, flexibility, able to multi-task quickly
- Attention to detail
- Must have a clean, neat appearance
- Mandatory: White Crisp Dress Shirt with tie, Black Trousers, Belt Black Shoes
- Friendly staff, positive attitudes and beautiful clean atmosphere to work
- Dinner meal provided daily
- Excellent tips! with hourly pay / Paid nightly
