RIST Transport, a Division of Wadhams Enterprises, is seeking a Dock Workers for our Mount Joy, PA LTL Terminal. This position is Monday- Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm
Those interested should possess the following:
Skills:
- Ability to Operate a Forklift.
- Ability to work Independently and With a Team
- Ability to follow all Company Safety Policies.
- Must be able to control a two-wheeled hand truck, dock cart and other freight handling equipment.
License:
Clean Driving Record preferred.
Prior Cross Dock Experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials efficiently using forklifts and other heavy equipment.
- Perform order picking and ensure accurate shipping and receiving of goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment while adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Utilize warehouse management systems and RF scanners for inventory tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet distribution goals.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues.
