Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney based in Tampa, FL. The Associate Attorney will handle case preparation, legal research, and drafting of legal documents. Additional responsibilities include responding to discovery, handling depositions, providing legal advice to clients, representing clients in negotiations, court proceedings, and mediations, and supporting case strategy development in various areas of insurance defense litigation.
- Strong Research and analytical skills to draft compelling legal arguments
- Experiemce in Negotiation, with the ability to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases efficiently
- Good standing with the Florida Bar and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Prior experience in insurance defense or related fields is highly preferred
