Role Description
The Scheduling Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Lititz, PA. This is a professional position that requires close interactions with customers and suppliers through scheduling and sales functions to support the Risser’s Poultry brand. There is significant interaction with the Transportation Team and Handling Services Team. The position oversees the activities of scheduling including fowl removal, pullet movement, handling / transportation team deployment, changes, and all associated communications with customers, suppliers, and vendors regarding schedule updates. The Scheduling Supervisor is responsible for maintenance of the internal master schedule. The Customer Account Representative position reports to this position. The Scheduling Supervisor reports directly report to the Sales Manager.

- Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and guide team members effectively
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with employees, customers, and contracted farms
- Proficiency in Production Planning and Scheduling to ensure operational efficiency
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate operations and identify opportunities for improvement
- Customer Service experience to address client needs effectively and maintain relationships
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with agricultural or poultry production is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
