The Safety Database Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining safety compliance databases across multiple client platforms. This role ensures that all required documentation is accurate, up to date, and properly submitted to maintain client compliance ratings. The position also provides administrative and operational support to the Safety team and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain safety database systems for all client-required platforms across approximately 26 companies.
- Review, update, and upload required documentation, including safety programs, insurance certificates, training records, and other compliance materials.
- Monitor company compliance statuses and work to ensure all clients maintain an “A Grade,” “Working,” or “Approved” rating within each system.
- Identify gaps in compliance and provide documentation or justification when clients are not current.
- Maintain a detailed worksheet tracking work completed across company sites and accurately log all activity in client systems.
- Provide support to Travis with Department of Transportation (DOT) tasks and requirements as needed.
- Assist Safety Consultants in preparing and distributing documents to clients.
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones and participating in shared office responsibilities such as kitchen upkeep on assigned days.
- Carry out additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.
