Role Description The Office Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Prairieville, LA, supporting daily administrative and operational activities. This role includes managing phone calls and emails, greeting and assisting visitors, and providing responsive customer service to clients and partners. The Office Associate will handle document preparation, data entry, filing, and record maintenance, while assisting with invoicing, basic accounting tasks, and organizing meetings and schedules. The position also supports office administration activities such as ordering supplies, maintaining office systems, and coordinating with internal team members to ensure efficient workflow and accurate information management.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members, both verbally and in writing.
- Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills to manage scheduling, documentation, filing, and general office operations.
- Customer Service skills to address inquiries, provide support, and maintain a professional, helpful presence in the office.
