We are seeking a Senior Private Client Relationship Manager to join our Private Client team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals and families, delivering personalized insurance solutions and exceptional service. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in complex personal lines insurance, a relationship first approach, and a proven ability to build lasting client partnerships while providing strategic risk management guidance.
Your Impact:
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify clients' unique risk profiles and insurance requirements across various lines (e.g., personal lines, specialty coverages, excess liability).
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Develop and present tailored insurance solutions, demonstrating expertise in policy structures, coverage limits, and premium considerations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive communication, handling inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters, claims adjusters, and other specialists, to ensure seamless client service and optimal outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market changes, and new product offerings to provide informed advice and innovative solutions to clients.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional insurance products and services to existing clients.
- Participate in new business development activities, including networking and prospecting, to expand the private client portfolio.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and renewal documents with accuracy and professionalism.
Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a strong focus on high-net-worth clients.
- Valid Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Demonstrated expertise in complex personal insurance products, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, fine art, jewelry, and other specialty coverages.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and exceeding service expectations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional designations such as CPCU, CPRIA, CISR, or AAI are a plus.
