Every day, we help DOT-qualified SAPs provide DOT Compliant educational recommendations for safety-sensitive employees participating in the DOT Return-to-Duty (RTD) process.

About the Position
The DOT Compliance & SAP Relations Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for Substance Abuse Professionals (SAPs), employees, DOT compliance professionals, trucking companies, and transportation organizations seeking educational resources for employees participating in the Return-to-Duty process.
This role requires someone who communicates confidently, understands DOT regulations, learns quickly, stays highly organized, highly focused and enjoys developing long-term professional relationships.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with DOT-qualified Substance Abuse Professionals (SAPs) throughout the United States.
- Educate SAPs on our DOT educational programs and how they support the educational recommendation described in the DOT SAP Guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer support to individuals enrolled in our educational programs by answering questions, assisting with course access, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and guiding participants through the completion process.
- Communicate with trucking companies, transportation employers, Third Party Administrators (TPAs), Consortium/Third Party Administrators (C/TPAs), and DOT compliance professionals.
- Explain our programs professionally and accurately to licensed professionals and industry leaders.
- Learn our online learning platform, enrollment procedures, reporting systems, and internal processes.
- Assist SAPs with course recommendations, enrollments, and student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications and follow-up activities.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships with SAPs and transportation professionals.
- Work closely with leadership to improve customer experience and expand our national network.
Required Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent.Preferred Industry Experience
