Overview At Risk Placement Services (RPS), we’re one of the largest Specialty Wholesale Insurance Brokerage firms in the U.S., thriving on teamwork, creativity, and responsiveness. As an inside broker, you’ll play a key role in fostering revenue growth by delivering efficient underwriting services and connecting retail agents with national markets. How you'll make an impact In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day account activities and ensure clients receive top-notch service. You’ll lead a client service team, guiding them to deliver results and exceed expectations. You’ll also assist senior brokers with larger accounts while managing your own subset of clients. By identifying opportunities and supporting business development, you’ll help grow revenue and strengthen client relationships. Handle accounts with low to medium complexity. Support senior brokers with medium to large books of business. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Ensure smooth internal processes to deliver client-facing services. About You A Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of related work experience, or a High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of related work experience. A PC license is required. Business development and relationship management skills. Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset. A passion for building trust and delivering exceptional service. Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
