Overview
The Market Representative will serve as the primary point of contact between RPS and its retail agents, brokers, and carrier partners. This role focuses on developing and maintaining relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful placement of insurance products.

Required: Bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office.

Compensation And Benefits
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours. - Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail agents, brokers, and carrier partners.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support to clients on insurance products and services.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and training sessions to educate agents on RPS offerings.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the RPS portfolio.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized insurance solutions for clients.
- Market Expertise:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams to enhance product offerings and competitiveness.
- Placement and Negotiation:
- Work with carriers to negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage for insurance policies.
- Ensure the successful placement of risks while maintaining profitability and compliance.
- Client Support:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provide ongoing support to agents and brokers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market trends.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market conditions, and business opportunities.
