Small Business Lines Account Manager
Risk & Insurance Consultants is seeking an experienced Small Business Account Manager to join our team!
Location: Atlanta, GA 30339
The Account Manager is responsible for servicing, retaining, and growing a book of Small Business clients while reinforcing their relationship with the agency.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Producer to retain existing clients and add new client business.
- Consult with clients and prospects on their insurance portfolio to ensure their needs are met and troubleshoot any problems.
- Handle routine service requests.
- Manage renewals and coverage reviews.
- Monitor carrier notices and reports.
- Maintain accounts in the agency management system.
- Invoice clients, answer billing inquiries, process payments, and round accounts, as needed.
- Attend company meetings, which include continuing education, training, and carrier partner meetings.
Qualifications:
- Active Property and Casualty Insurance Agent License (required)
- Insurance Client Management experience (required)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- AMS360 experience a plus
- Possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude and be a team player
- Experience with high value clients (consideration)

This role is remunerated based upon experience and contribution to the organization through a combination of salary and other performance incentives compensation.
