Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and finish drywall, including taping, mudding, matching texture, and sanding to a professional standard
- Perform rough and finish carpentry work including framing, cabinets, trim, and millwork installation
- Be proficient in painting
- Read and interpret work orders and project specifications
- Measure, cut, and fit drywall panels and wood materials with precision
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to meet project timelines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with safety regulations
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with existing structures and recommend effective solutions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in drywall installation, finishing, and carpentry
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and related trade equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on a team
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
