Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Construction Project Manager to join our team. This site role is based in Palm Beach Garden, FL. The Construction Project Manager will oversee construction projects, coordinate with teams, manage budgets, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to assess project requirements, monitor progress, and implement effective construction management practices.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Construction Project Management and Construction Management practices
- Strong skills in Project Coordination and Project Management - MS Project (weekly Gantt and visio)
- Strong construction scheduling and reporting
- Strong Change Order management
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
