Responsibilities
- Lead engaging cheer and dance sessions for elementary-aged students
- Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
- Manage large groups of children effectively and with care
- Encourage teamwork, confidence, and fun through structured activities
- Communicate regularly with program staff and site coordinators
Qualifications
- Experience teaching or coaching large groups of elementary students
- Strong background in cheer, dance, or related performance arts
- Energetic, responsible, and passionate about working with youth
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must pass a federal background check
