Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in managing schedules and timelines for the Executive Director, ensuring efficient time management.
· Organize and maintain files and documentation related to various administrative tasks.
· Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, LinkedIn, and Dropbox for various projects and presentations.
· Coordinate communication with internal staff and external partners as needed.
· Support with travel arrangements, reimbursements, and other logistical needs.
· Be prepared to handle various tasks that may arise, ensuring smooth operations across the organization.
Qualifications:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with LinkedIn and Dropbox.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
· Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus, but not required.
