About Us:
We're an outreach center dedicated to providing support services for individuals of all ages. We offer a range of services, including mental health, behavioral, and early intervention programs, and refer clients to additional resources that can benefit their growth and development.
We're seeking a dynamic and outgoing Account Manager to oversee existing accounts and build relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing accounts and educating them of the services available through presentations and follow up gatherings or individual meetings.
- Create schedules for group therapy, programs or individual sessions and ensure clients attend scheduled sessions and address engagement issues
- Match clients with suitable staff and collaborate with recruiting department
- Oversee entire facility experience, driving growth and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Knowledge of mental health or special needs population
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
