Dental Office Manager

Rising Stars Pediatric Dentistry
Austin, TX Full Time
POSTED ON 10/22/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 2/18/2027

Rising Stars Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a positive, people-focused, and growth-minded Pediatric Dental Office Manager to lead our team and help create an exceptional experience for the children and families we serve.

At Rising Stars, we believe great dentistry starts with a great team. We're passionate about creating a welcoming environment where our team members feel supported, our patients feel cared for, and everyone has the opportunity to grow.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who brings positive energy, loves building relationships, and knows how to bring out the best in people. Someone who can create a strong team culture, coach others to be their best, and help the practice continue to grow.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage from the sidelines. We want a leader who leads by example, jumps in when needed, celebrates wins, works through challenges, and takes pride in creating a great place to work.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, support, and develop a positive, high-performing team.
  • Create a welcoming, memorable experience for children and their families.
  • Coach team members, build accountability, and help everyone grow in their roles.
  • Help the practice reach its goals by improving daily operations and team performance.
  • Partner with doctors and regional leadership to solve problems and continue improving.
  • Help build a culture where teamwork, positivity, and exceptional patient care come first.

Who We're Looking For

  • Someone with dental office leadership experience who enjoys developing people.
  • A positive, approachable leader who brings energy into the room.
  • Someone who leads by example and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
  • A strong communicator who knows how to motivate a team while holding people accountable.
  • Someone who takes initiative, follows through, and focuses on solutions.
  • A leader who values teamwork, continuous improvement, and creating an exceptional patient experience.

Pediatric dental experience is strongly preferred. Experience with dental practice management software such as Open Dental is a plus.

Why Rising Stars?

We want our team members to love where they work just as much as we want our patients to love coming to see us.

At Rising Stars, you'll be part of a privately owned, growing dental organization that believes in investing in its people, celebrating wins, and creating opportunities for growth.

Here's what you can look forward to:

  • Medical insurance with 75% of your employee premium paid by the company, plus dental, vision, and supplemental benefits.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Paid time off and paid holidays.
  • Leadership development and career growth opportunities.
  • Team recognition, company celebrations, and fun team-building events.
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, families, and your team.
