Rising Stars Gymnastics Academy is looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and reliable coaches to join our team! We’re passionate about helping children build confidence, develop new skills, and have fun in a positive and encouraging environment.
As a gymnastics coach, you’ll work with children of various ages in our preschool and recreational programs, teaching foundational gymnastics skills, encouraging progress, and creating a fun and safe experience for every athlete.
No prior coaching experience? No problem! We provide training and support to help you get started. If you enjoy working with kids, bring a positive attitude, and are excited to learn, we’d love to meet you!
What You'll Do
- Lead and assist with preschool and recreational gymnastics classes.
- Teach basic gymnastics skills through fun activities, drills, and progressions.
- Encourage athletes as they build confidence, strength, coordination, and new skills.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and welcoming learning environment.
- Collaborate with fellow coaches to create a great experience for our athletes and families.
What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Positive, energetic, and dependable attitude.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Enjoyment of working with children and helping them learn.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow as a coach.
- Previous gymnastics or coaching experience is a plus, but not required!
Schedule & Availability
This is a year-round, part-time position with 2–4 shifts per week.
- Weekday evenings: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–8:15 PM
- Saturday mornings: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
