Qualifications
At least 2 years working with children with Autism using ABA methods
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Must be enrolled in a Masters Program in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Job Duties: A Program Managers roles and responsibilities include the following, but are not limited
to:
- Oversee day-to-day programming and ensure the consistent implementation of students’
IEPs and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Collaborate with BCBAs to review, analyze, and update programs and goals based on data
and observations.
- Conduct classroom and 1:1 observations to ensure instructional and behavioral strategies
are implemented with fidelity.
- Support as 1:1 staff when necessary based on student need or staffing coverage to ensure
continuity of care and behavior support.
- Support crisis prevention and de-escalation, stepping in as needed to ensure student and
staff safety.
- Provide daily guidance, modeling, and feedback to Behavior Technicians (BTs),
Instructional Aides, and Classroom Staff.
- Facilitate on-the-job training and competency checks related to ABA principles, data
collection, prompting, reinforcement, and proactive/reactive strategies.
- Participate in performance reviews, feedback meetings, and staff meetings
- Act as a role model for professional, respectful, and ethical conduct
- Ensure staff are accurately collecting data on a regular basis.
- Assist in creating and updating data sheets, visual supports, and program materials.
- Assist in scheduling, staff coverage, and classroom transitions as needed.
Write quarterly progress reports
Supervise BT's and RBT's
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA’s)
