Rising Star Hydraulics is hiring for Inside Sales at our Watertown, SD facility:
Job Description:
- Prospects and identifies new sales opportunities by attending trade shows and other events to build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Manages inbound sales inquiries by responding promptly to incoming calls and leads, qualifying prospects, and guiding them through the sales process.
- Executes consistent follow-up communication with prospects and existing customers to assess evolving needs, address concerns, and advance opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Maintains accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and account status in the CRM system to support forecasting and pipeline management.
- Conducts research on prospective customers by gathering information on business needs, and current vendor relationships to develop targeted and effective sales strategies.
- Builds and maintains strong client relationships by providing ongoing support and engagement after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Some travel is required. Including but not limited to attending trade shows, potential and current customer visits, etc.
