Rising Star Resource Development Corporation is seeking an experienced and hard-working individual to join our team of professionals whose duties consist of management of cleaning crew, cleaning and maintaining industrial settings such as manufacturing facilities and warehouses while adhering to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulation. The Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in cleaning and maintaining premises of commercial, industrial buildings. - Denison, TX
- Essential Functions:** The qualified candidate should be, energetic, and motivated with a seasoned able total facilities maintenance background to include use of chemicals and bio hazard spillage. This position require strong leadership capabilities.
- Ensure and enforce job site safety and OSHA compliance regulations
- Ensures equipment is maintained and supplies on hand for assigned work
- Monitor employee timekeeping via Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Supervise cleaning crew including building your team, training, counseling and coaching
- Arrange work schedules for assigned rotation staff members
- Resolve problems and discrepancies on jobs and/or interact with clients to amend issues
- Conduct quality control checks
- Operational support to Leads/Team when necessary
- Conduct performance reviews; rewarding and disciplining employees via Coach and Counsel statements
- Telephone marketing to customers and local area businesses. Unsolicited quotations for services. Grow the business line
- Any other team growth duties as assigned working closely with key organization leadership
- Technical Skills:** The Assistant Site Supervisor must have proficient supervisory experience. Strong working knowledge of MS Suite of Products (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.), timekeeping via company custom Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and timekeeping system. **Qualitative Skills:** Excellent interpersonal communication and multitasking skills are a must. The Site Supervisor is highly dependent upon the ability to communicate. Excellent problem-solving abilities are a requirement, since schedule conflicts are bound to arise that will require creative solutions. Must have the ability to field personnel, able to problem solve and proactively find solutions. **Education/Experience:** Some College preferred or one to two years of experience. OSHA training and other industry certification a plus. **Office Equipment:** Mobile Phone and Laptop provided. **Travel Requirements:** 10 percent travel overnight required for training, education and conferences. **Compensation :** This will be an Hourly Position, see below for wage range
- Hours:** Varying hours between 7 am - 6 pm. Full time 40 hours/week
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Two to Four Years of Experience
