Essential Job Functions:
- Deals various table games.
- Handles currency and chips.
- Protects bankroll.
- Follows house rules and dealing procedures.
- Monitors layout at all times.
- Must have ability to meet tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Marine and/or Security departments during times of emergency or otherwise, as required of the crew of a Coast Guard certified vessel.
- Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
- Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.

- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience Required: Must have experience in dealing various table games.
- Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Ability to communicate effectively with players and supervisors; ability to rapidly use basic mathematical skills; complete knowledge of all game rules and internal control policies.
- Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required: Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 2.
- Other Specialized Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
