Role Description
The Pure Barre Assistant General Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing studio operations and ensuring an exceptional experience for clients and staff. This part-time position is based on-site Carmel by the Sea, California. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, fostering strong team dynamics, scheduling classes, leading client engagement initiatives, supporting sales and membership growth, and ensuring compliance with studio policies. The Assistant General Manager will actively participate in maintaining the studio's reputation for outstanding customer service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. **Up to 30 hours a week.
Qualifications
- Experience with team management, operational oversight, and scheduling
- Strong sales acumen and experience in membership management and client engagement
- Customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of fitness trends and experience in group fitness or studio environment (Preferred)
- Ability to lead and inspire a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including maintaining compliance and optimizing studio processes
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Experience in fitness-related roles or management roles is a plus
