Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Marketing & Promotions Associate to join our team in Toms River. This role involves supporting client campaigns, engaging directly with customers, and contributing to business growth through lead generation and brand representation. You’ll gain hands-on experience while collaborating with both marketing and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers in person to promote current campaigns, products, and services
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients
- Represent client brands through promotional marketing activities and events
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and relationship management
- Generate leads and support sales initiatives to meet individual and team goal
Qualifications
