Risin Enterprises is currently seeking motivated, outgoing, and ambitious individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Marketing Associates in Toms River, NJ.

No previous experience is required. Paid training, ongoing mentorship, and hands-on support are provided from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands in retail and promotional environments

• Engage directly with customers to communicate products, services, and promotions

• Generate customer interest and support customer acquisition efforts

• Assist with the execution of in-store sales and marketing campaigns

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships

• Track daily activity, campaign performance, and individual goals

• Collaborate with team members to support campaign success and company objectives

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Comfortable working in customer-facing environments

• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic

• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, sports, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
