Compensation
$700–$1,250 per week
Compensation is based on a guaranteed base pay or commission, whichever is greater. Actual earnings may vary depending on individual performance and sales results.
Position Overview
Risin Enterprises is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Trainees. This role provides paid training in customer service, face-to-face retail sales for water distribution, leadership development, and business operations. No prior experience is required.
This is a full-time, in-person position located in Brick, New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with water distribution and service selection
- Provide professional customer service and support
- Learn and apply sales and communication techniques
- Explain product features, pricing, and promotional offers
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Meet individual and team performance expectations
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus but not required
