What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Leader position at RiseWell Community Services?
RiseWell Community Services is looking to hire a Full-TimeTeam-Leader to join the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Teams.
In this role, the Team Leader will supervise their ACT team while providing direct services on a multi-disciplinary team. Our leaders serve as an essential component of this impactful, clinical team. Leadership skills, collaborative abilities, and compassionate communication are a must!
Qualifications
Master’s degree or higher with a license in social work or Mental Health Counseling, psychology, rehabilitation counseling (if rehabilitation counselor, C.R.C. preferred), OR licensure/registration as a registered nurse (RNs are encouraged to be master's level or nurse practitioner), or a physician. License required (LMSW, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) . A valid and clean NY State driver's license. Minimum 3 years of experience in a treatment or rehabilitation setting.Fingerprinting, criminal record check, and approval from the NYS Office of Mental Health.
