RiseWell Community Services is seeking a full-time Employment Specialist to join the Clinical Department. This is a remote position where travel is required between both Suffolk and Nassau County. The home office to report to would be West Babylon.In this role, you will utilize the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Model for individuals enrolled in ACT and CORE services. Responsible for vocational and career assessment, benefits counseling, job development and placement, and job retention support for individuals with mental health diagnoses. Spend a minimum of 50% of work hours off-site, in the community, participating in job development activities. Our Clinical Services are designed to empower both adults and children/adolescents on their journey to recovery, RiseWell offers comprehensive outpatient mental health and addiction services to individuals in need. Our mission is to provide unwavering support and guidance to individuals seeking assistance through individual and group therapy, medication-assisted treatment, and comprehensive support services. Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum 6 months of professional or personal experience in human services.
