Required Qualifications:
- MUST have 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Must be 21 years of age at time of hire.
- High school diploma or equivalent and TWO (2) YEARS’ experience with youth
- OR THIRTY (30) SEMESTER HOURS of college credit AND ONE (1) YEAR OF EXPERIENCE with youth
- OR AN ASSOCIATE’S DEGREE.
- Clear FBI, CBI, and TRAILS record checks.
- Flexible schedule, including on-call availability.
- Certification in Crisis Management-Safety Cares, CPR/First Aid, and QMAP (training provided).
Job Summary:
This person will be a part of the RCCF Leadership Team and provide supervisory support of YDSPs and youth to the Program Manager. When the Program Manager is not on shift or available, this person will be the supervisor and primary person responsible for the safety and well-being of all youth and staff and the operation of the facility, while fulfilling other YDSP duties as needed. Provides leadership, assistance, supervision, training, and support to staff members.

Pay Range: $22.00 – $24.00 an hour based off experience and education
Shift: Tue-Fri 3pm-10pm / Sat 8am-8pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Uphold RiseUp’s mission, values, and trauma-informed principles.
- Ensure a safe, professional environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
- Monitor compliance with regulations and ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and staff support.
- Provide leadership, motivation, and role modeling for staff.
- Perform Youth DSP, QMAP, and emergency duties as needed.
- Support program management and maintain professional communication.
- Advocate for youth, staff, and facility needs.
- Attend meetings, trainings, and fulfill other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to drive clients and adhere to policies.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Teams, Therap.
Physical and Mental Demands:
- Sufficient physical strength, mobility, and endurance for household tasks and behavioral interventions.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Maintain various postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) for extended periods.
- Willingness and ability to restrain, hold, or transport as needed.
- Completion and maintenance of Safety Care Crisis Intervention certification.
- Physical presence at assigned locations (home, school, community).
- Adequate hearing and vision for supervision.
- Mental flexibility, emotional stability, and creativity in handling challenging situations.
