Job Title: Java Microservices Lead with Python & AI Exposure
Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of Java-based microservices solutions
- Architect scalable and resilient distributed systems
- Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications where applicable
- Drive best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and performance tuning
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Java 8 /11 , Spring Boot, Microservices
- Expertise in REST APIs, Kafka, Event-Driven Architecture
- Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
- Good knowledge of Python development
- Exposure to AI/GenAI, LLMs, RAG, or AI-driven application integrations
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps practices
- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization
- Ability to lead technical discussions, code reviews, and mentor development teams
Required Education: At least a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.
Necessary Skills: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AI/GenAI.
