Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Addison, TX, for an Inside Sales Specialist. In this role, you will generate leads, maintain and grow customer relationships, and focus on ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to actively pursue prospects and generate new business opportunities.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure clients' needs are met with promptness and professionalism.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members, both verbally and in written form.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and ability to analyze sales data is preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a client-focused environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
