We’re looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team and make an impact every day!
Responsibilities Include:
- Grounds maintenance and upkeep
- Swimming pool maintenance and upkeep
- Apartment maintenance
- Apartment turns and upkeep
- Additional maintenance tasks
- Completes assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by Service Supervisor and/or Community Manager, and assists the make-ready specialist in the turn process
