Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site. The Sale and Marketing is responsible for driving client acquisition and engagement for leadership development and consulting services. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from planning daily activities to qualifying clients to present solutions for the clients immediate needs, preparing proposals, and closing opportunities. The specialist will execute marketing initiatives, including outreach campaigns, social media support, and event promotion, while maintaining accurate records. Day-to-day activities include building and nurturing client relationships, coordinating with the company leaders and consulting teams, supporting training events or workshops, and delivering a high level of customer service aligned with the company’s mission and brand.
