We are a family-owned and operated center dedicated to supporting the growth and development of children on the autism spectrum. We focus on early intervention, primarily serving children between the ages of 2 and 7.

No RBT Certification? No Problem!
While being a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a plus, it is not required to apply. If you have a heart for kids and a solid background children's education, we will provide the training, supervision, and support you need to earn your RBT certification.
What You’ll Do:
- Work 1-on-1 with children (ages 2–7) to implement personalized behavior therapy.
- Help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Track progress and data during sessions using our easy-to-use software.
- Collaborate closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in a supportive, family-oriented environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of professional experience working with children (e.g., daycare, preschool, tutoring, or camp counselor roles).
- Commitment: We are looking for dedicated individuals who want to grow with us and remain a consistent presence in our children's lives.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to keep up with active 2–7 year olds, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, sit on the floor, and move quickly.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
